PURPOSE: An attaching apparatus for attaching a soft slab material and a coating material is provided to obtain a seat covering material with excellent marketability. CONSTITUTION: An attaching apparatus for attaching a soft slab material and a coating material comprises the following: a moving unit(100) for moving the soft slab material(S) formed with plural rollers; a conveyor unit(500) including a belt(520) formed by pass through air in between the upper and lower surfaces, and a driving unit(540) moving the belt for transferring the coating material(L) to the soft slab material; an air inhalation unit(700) inhaling air from the lower side of the belt for closely attaching the coating material to the soft slab material without wrinkling; and a heating unit(300) heating the attachment surface of the soft slab material. The soft slab material is formed with a sponge material, and the coating material is natural leather.
