A fluid pulse generator comprises coaxial annuli 32 rotatable with a hollow shaft 28 and provided with radial apertures 38 which are connected to the interior of the shaft by ducts 36 and annular channels 34 in members 29, the arrangement being such that annuli 32 can be rotated relative to one another against the friction exerted by compressed "O" rings 33 to determine the relative timing of the pulses received at pure fluid amplifier inlets 53 as shaft 28 is rotated. The durations of the pulses are determined by the shapes of the apertures 38 e.g. as illustrated at 39 in Fig. (not shown).</p> |
