PURPOSE: Optical sheet manufacturing device and method are provided to enhance productivity by enhancing a sectional area ratio making contact with a soft mold in pre-coating. CONSTITUTION: An optical sheet manufacturing device comprises a soft mold(20), a master roll(100), first and second rolls(120,130), and a pre-coating unit(A). A pattern is formed on the soft mold. The master roll makes contact with the soft mold. The master roll laminates and transfers the soft mold containing coating solution and a base film(10). The first roll presses the soft mold and the base film, engaging with the master roll. The second roll divides the film laminated into the soft mold and the optical film with the pattern from the first roll.
