The cooking appliance (1) comprises a backing oven which has a cooking chamber inside oven housing. The cooking chamber is closed by an oven door, where cool air flow is forced by a blower for the guiding the expelled moisture which is formed during the operation in the cooking chamber. The flow direction of the cool air flow comes out from an outlet (8), where the flow direction of the moisture flow comes out from the other outlet. An object (6) is protected against the contamination with the moisture. |
