Method and device intended for obtaining three-dimensional images of a sample by microscopy

Method involves measurement and recording sequentially and independently of interferometric signals obtained using digital holography and then of fluorescence signals from the sample. The signals are then processed and combined to obtain a clear 3-D image of the sample and its fluorescence field. An independent claimS are made for: (1) a device for implementation of the method with a digital holography microscope and a radiation source for fluorescence excitation; and (2) a microscope with digital holography capability.
