<p>A vehicular headlamp (10) has: a first lamp unit (20) includes a first reflector (26) that reflects light, coming from a first semiconductor light-emitting device (22), toward a front; and a second lamp unit (40) includes a second reflector (46) that reflects light, coming from a second semiconductor light-emitting device (42), toward the front. A light-emitting region of the first lamp unit (20) and a light-emitting region of the second lamp unit (40) arc arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other. A first reflective surface (27a) provided outside of an effective reflective surface (26a) of the first reflector (26) reflects light, coming from the first semiconductor light-emitting device (22), toward the second lamp unit (40). A second reflective surface (50) provided between the first lamp unit (20) and the second lamp unit (40) reflects reflected light, coming from the first reflective surface (27a), toward the front.
