PURPOSE: A heating jacket is provided to rapidly and uniformly discharge generated heat, thereby uniformly maintaining the overall temperature of an exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heating unit(11) generates heat using a power source supplied to an electrode which is arranged between a substrate and a ceramic substrate. A heat discharge unit(12) discharges heat with uniform temperature distribution while fixing the heating units on the outer circumferential surface of a heat discharge device with a fixed interval. A heat insulation unit(13) prevents heat leakage to the outside and protects the heating unit and the heat discharge unit from external impact by covering the heating unit and the heat discharge unit. A controller controls and maintains the fixed heating temperature of the heating unit.
