PURPOSE: A meat roaster for a restaurant is provided to improve use convenience because a user is not required for turning meat over. CONSTITUTION: A meat roaster for a restaurant comprises a support(10), an arm(11), an upper cover(12), an insulating cover(13), a heater assembly, and a grill(15). The support is installed on a table. The arm is hinged on the top end of the support. The upper cover and the insulating cover are installed in the front end of the arm. The heater assembly is accepted in the insulating cover and heats meat by receiving power from outside. The grill is installed in the bottom of the insulating cover and covers the bottom of the heater assembly.
