摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretching lamination film for fine processing which is capable of easily molding a pattern of a high aspect ratio in a large area and is excellent in mechanical strength, to provide a manufacturing method of the biaxially stretching lamination film for fine processing, and to provide a molding processing sheet and a molding method of the molding processing sheet. SOLUTION: The biaxially stretching lamination film for fine processing consists of at least two layers comprising a molded layer and a support layer, and the molded layer is laminated on the outermost layer of at least one side of the lamination film, wherein a surface orientation factor of the molded layer is 0.00 or more and 0.10 or less and a surface orientation factor of the support layer is 0.10 or more and less than 0.18. Further, the molding processing sheet is made by providing a rugged shape to the surface of such a biaxially stretching lamination film for fine processing. Furthermore, the manufacturing method of the biaxially stretching lamination film for fine processing is characterized in that heat treatment is performed at a temperature of melting endothermic peak temperature Tm1 or more of a resin constituting the molded layer after biaxial stretching and less than melting endothermic peak temperature Tm2 of a resin constituting the support layer.
