PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which a thermoplastic resin layer is not peeled simply when the laminate is processed into a product and when the product is used but can easily be peeled off by hand after the laminate is used. SOLUTION: The laminate has a paper substrate having a smoothed surface, a printing layer for peeling formed on the smoothed surface of the paper substrate, and the extruded thermoplastic resin layer laminated peelably between layers with the printing layer for peeling by extruding/applying a thermoplastic resin on the printing layer for peeling.
