摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated aluminum material with excellent heat dissipation properties, electrical conductivity, processability, solvent resistance and corrosion resistance, and an enclosure for electrical equipment etc. using this resin-coated aluminum material and electrical equipment etc. using this enclosure. SOLUTION: This resin-coated aluminum material includes an aluminum base, a compound film formed on both surfaces of the base and a heat-curable resin film formed on at least, one surface of the compound film. The heat-curable resin film contains a heat-curable resin comprising a polyester-based resin component and a melamine-based resin component, graphite powder with 0.1 to 30μm average particle diameter, nickel powder with 0.5 to 100μm maximum major diameter average value, and a calcium ion exchange-type silica. In addition, the content ratio of the graphite powder is 20 to 100 pts.wt., the nickel powder 10 to 100 pts.wt. and the calcium ion exchange-type silica 3 to 60 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the heat-curable resin respectively.
