The valve (10) has valve structure (12) guided in a stem guide lifting structure through a drive device (15) against a valve seat surface (18) of a valve seat ring in closed position or in opposite direction away from valve seat ring in an open position to block or release the passage to a valve chamber (21) respectively. One component unit comprises the valve chamber, and another component unit forms a housing (41) for components of drive unit. The elements of one component unit are tightly connected to each other and attached to housing of another component unit.
