PURPOSE: A producing method of brake caliper using a forged aluminum material is provided to reduce the failure on spare parts of the caliper by applying a forging process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of brake caliper using a forged aluminum material comprises the following steps: preparing a molded brake caliper article using a forging mold by a hot-forging process; trimming the molded brake caliper article using a trimming mold; cool-forging the trimmed molded brake caliper article; heat processing the cool-forged brake caliper article; and finishing the molded brake caliper article. |
