摘要 PURPOSE: A binder for a secondary battery is provided to enhance structural stability of electrode and adhesive force, thereby improving cycleability of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A binder for a secondary battery includes a polymer particle which has an average particle diameter of 0.05-0.7 micron. The polymer particle is formed by polymerizing more than 3 kinds of monomers and a reactive emulsifier. The binder has tensile strain of 100-500% during a film manufacture, tensile strength of 3 MPa or greater, and adhesive force of 15 gf/cm or greater. The monomers are (meth) acrylic acid ester based monomer, more than one kind of monomer selected from a group consisting of acrylate based monomer, vinyl based monomer, and nitrile based monomer, and a mixture of unsaturated monocarboxylic acid based monomer.
