PURPOSE: A method for fabricating back electrodes of a solar cell is provided to improve processing efficiency by completing a rear electrode through one process. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell board(201) is prepared. A BSF formation metal layer(211) and a bus bar formation metal layer(212) are coated in the rear side of the solar cell by using the roller. A paste(222) for BSF formation metal layer and the paste of the bus bar formation metal layer are provided in the surface of the roller. The BSF formation metal electrode and the bus bar are completed by sintering the BSF formation metal layer and the bus bar formation metal layer. A BSF layer is formed in the lower part of the BSF metal layer. |
