PURPOSE: A filter including a frequency tracking filter and a driving method thereof are provided to the performance of a tuner by obtaining high quality factor in broadband DTV frequency band. CONSTITUTION: A transconductance unit(310) amplifies an input signal with a first transconductance value. A second transconductance unit(320) amplifies the input signal with the second transconductance value. A third transconductance unit(330) amplifies the input signal with the third transconductance value. A first capacitor(31) is connected to the contact point of the input terminal of the second transconductance part and the output terminal of the first transconductance part. A second capacitor(32) is connected to the contact point of the input terminal of the third transconductance part and the output terminal of the third transconductance part.
