The invention relates to a deformable mirror comprising a substrate (10) with a cellular structure provided with a reflective surface (14) and a set of actuators (20) arranged for inducing controlled deformations of said substrate and of the reflective surface thereof, characterized in that said substrate consists of a panel comprising a core (11) with a cellular structure enclosed between two so-called front (12) and rear (13) lining plates made of a glass or ceramic material, the reflective surface (14) being formed on said front lining plate. The invention also relates to the use, as a deformable mirror substrate, of a panel (10) comprising a core with a cellular structure (11) enclosed between two so-called front (12) and rear (13) lining plates, wherein the front lining plate (2) has a reflective outer surface (14). |
