A method for diagnostics of probable development of exocrine insufficiency of pancreas in children and adolescents suffering on type 1 diabetes mellitus is carried out by genetic research with account of gender and genetic background. Dermatoglyphic study of palms is carried out, with evaluation of dermatoglyphics by the method Cummins, Midlo, with account of unified London classification on dermatoglyphics, dermatoglyphs are studied by 25 characteristics for the left and the right hand separately and in total, with calculation of prognostic coefficients, with determination of self-descriptiveness of each and totally those are evaluated in scores, if the proband’s sum of scores is equal or higher than 13, one diagnoses tendency to that type of disease, and “ is absence of development of exocrine insufficiency of pancreas in proband in which exocrine insufficiency of pancreas can develop further at existing type 1 DM. |
