<p>The present invention relates to a connecting device for connecting together electrical conductor installation ducts (4, 5), wherein the connecting device includes at least one jointing element (1) having a first end portion (2) which is intended to be fastened to a first installation duct (4) and a second opposite end portion (3) which is intended to be fastened to a second installation duct (5), so as to enable said first and second installation ducts (4, 5) to be mutually connected.</p><p>According to the invention, the connecting device includes a covering element (6) which is intended for covering the joint (7) established between said mutually connected installation ducts (4, 5) wherein the covering element (6) is adapted so that it can be shape bound to a first surface of at least one jointing element (1).</p><p>The invention also relates to a jointing element (1) and to a covering element (6) which are intended respectively for connecting electrical conductor installation ducts (4, 5) and for covering a joint (7) established when connecting said installation ducts (4, 5). The jointing element (1) and the covering element (6) are both intended to constitute a component of a connecting device according to the present invention.</p><p>The invention also relates to a method of joining together electrical conductor installation ducts (4, 5), wherein at least one jointing element (1) is fastened to a first end portion (2) of a first insulation duct (4) and to a second end portion (3) to a second installation duct (5).
