A method for producing of gaseous silicon tetrafluoride from the solution of fluorosilicic acid comprises forming of acid extract, washing of extract, drying of extract, decomposition of extract, bubbling of undivided gas stream of silicon tetrafluoride and hydrogen fluoride through silicon dioxide. A device for the preparation of polycrystalline silicon from the solution of fluorosilicic acid in a form of powder of spherical form comprises combined by means of pipeline system: means, providing the possibility of extracting solution of fluorosilicic acid, means, providing drying of the obtained extract of fluorosilicic acid, means, providing the possibility of decomposition of extract with forming of gaseous silicon tetrafluoride and hydrogen fluoride, means, providing the possibility of neutralization of hydrogen fluoride with the preparation of silicon tetrafluoride, means, providing the possibility of forming of magnesium vapors from magnesium melt, means, in which recovery of silicon from gaseous silicon tetrafluoride in the presence of magnesium is carried out, means, providing division of reaction mixture with simultaneous preparation of silicon in the form of powder of spherical form, means for separation of the final product. |
