A method for producing enriched concentrated milk preserves with fruit-and-berry fillers provides for preparing and concentrating pasteurized milk with carbohydrate syrup, cooling the produced concentrated milk base, additional introduction in the process of cooling of fruit-and-berry syrup, agitating, prepacking the end product. In the fruit-and-berry syrup a vitamin-mineral complex is added in the amount of 0.3-0.35 % of the end product weight. |
