PURPOSE: A device for connecting or disconnecting a mobile terminal is provided to transfer or share data between mobile terminals. CONSTITUTION: At least one mobile terminal is mounted on a plurality of terminal holding units(110,120). An integrated operating device supports an integrated operation by communicating with the mobile terminal. The integrated operation includes data transceiving when data are shared/moved/deleted and a user function of the mobile terminal is activated. A hinge part(130) surrounds the integrated operating device. The hinge unit connects the terminal holding units.
