PURPOSE: A solid electrolyte, a lithium secondary battery including thereof, a manufacturing method of the solid electrolyte, and solid electrolyte particles are provided to simplify solid electrolyte application process and improve capacity and lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A solid electrolyte comprises Li_(1+x)Ti_(2-x)Al_x(PO_4)_3 particle which has a true density of 2.20-2.50 g/cm^3. The lithium secondary battery comprises cathode, anode, and solid electrolyte. A manufacturing method of solid electrolyte particles comprises the following steps: a step of preparing a mixture by mixing a first mixture which includes lithium raw material and PO4 raw material and a second mixture including alcohol, complex agent, and titanium alkoxide; a step of forming chelate/metal sol by heating the mixture at 40-80 deg. Celsius; a step of forming a gel precursor by heating the sol at 200-300 deg. Celsius; and a step of plasticizing the gel precursor at 650-950 deg. Celsius.
