摘要 PURPOSE: A heat-proof structure of a terminal box for a solar module is provided to improve heat-proof capacity against fire by preventing the deformation and malfunction of a terminal box. CONSTITUTION: A heat-proof structure of a terminal box for a solar module comprises a connection terminal ribbon for transmitting energy, integrated in a solar module, to the inside of a case. A case(1) has an installation wall projected from the bottom to the top thereof. A terminal(20) is installed on the installation wall of the case. The terminal has the shape of U. A heat-proof pad(130) is attached to the terminal. A heat-proof hole is formed on the bottom of the case having the terminal. A horizontally-bored checking window is formed on the rear part of the installation wall. The heat-proof pad comprises a substrate made of one between aluminum and copper and one of thermally-conductive acryl-based adhesive and thermally-conductive tape.
