PURPOSE: A luminous decoration paving material and a luminous paving method are provided to easily construct, to provide a remarkable luminous effect, and to decorate with various designs. CONSTITUTION: A luminous decoration paving material(10) comprises a foamed resin layer(20), an adhesive(30), and a luminous decoration layer(40). The foamed resin layer is composed of a foaming resin of a plate shape. The adhesive is spread on the foamed resin layer. The luminous decoration layer is placed on the adhesive, thereby being joined to the foamed resin layer. |
