The heat exchanger (15) has a pipe (20) for guiding a type of fluid and has a line arranged at the outer side of the pipe for guiding another type of fluid. The line is a plastic tube (21), which forms an interior space (21a) for receiving the latter type of fluid. The pipe runs in the interior space. An independent claim is also included for a household appliance with a heat pump.
