PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to prevent a transistor within a termination circuit due to a discharge current by including a by-pass part which bypasses the discharge current entered in the termination circuit. CONSTITUTION: A termination circuit(109) terminates an interface pad(101). The termination circuit comprises a plurality of pull up driving means and pull down driving means. A static electricity sensing part(105) activates a discharge signal when generating static electricity. A static electricity discharge part(103) discharges the static electricity in response to the discharge signal. A bypass part(401) bypasses a current flowing in the termination circuit in response to the discharge signal. A static electricity transferring part(107) transfers the static electricity generated in a power voltage terminal(Vcc) to the interface pad.
