<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous lithographic printing ink capable of being washed with water after the printing, aiming at the improvement of global environment and working environment and further excellent in high speed printing aptitude, ink-spreading property, soil resistance, waterproof property and friction resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This aqueous lithographic ink includes a pigment, a water soluble resin or water dispersible resin, vegetable oil or a vegetable oil-derived fatty acid ester, and water.
