The machine head (20) has contact regions (22-26) on the machine base frame (12). The contact regions have setting units (28-32) for adjusting the position of machine head relative to machine base frame. The setting units are connected with the machine base frame or machine head by screw. The setting unit is equipped with a machine head supporting adjusting nut formed with circumferential side distributed recesses or projections form-fitted with projections or recesses of a motor-driven driving structure.
