<p>The backrest (4) has two side pieces (8) with an extension in a longitudinal direction, and connecting ribs (11) arranged in a transverse direction. The connecting ribs are directly or indirectly connected with the side pieces in an oscillating manner. The connecting ribs are spaced at a distance from each other in the longitudinal direction. The connecting ribs lie within a range of 7 to 15. A part of the connecting ribs exhibits different profiles. The profiles have a support region partially extending transverse to a leaning region. An independent claim is also included for a seat device comprising a seat surface and a backrest.</p> |
