PURPOSE: A cutting board with a shock-absorbing function is provided to alleviate impact, when a user are using, by forming a damping rim to be protruded than a damping layer. CONSTITUTION: A cutting board with a shock-absorbing function comprises a cutting board body(101), a handle(102), and a damping layer(106). The cutting board body is formed in flat board form. The handle is fixed to one side of the cutting board body. The damping layer is formed by covering synthetic resin material on the surface of a core member(105). A buffer forest(107) is formed at both ends of the damping layer. The buffer forest is projected than the damping layer.
