A potato chopper comprises a tank, an immovable crosswise knife, a disk with the cups having a slotted hole to allow the knife passing. A longitudinal blade is mounted at angle to the disk crown, and transversal blade thereof is equidistant to the latter. The longitudinal blade is made as a curvilinear one and also as a logarithmic spiral, the curvature of which increases from the beginning to the end of the blade, and the angle between the tangent line and symmetry axis reduces. |
