A gas-discharge electron gun comprises a cold cathode arranged along the gun axis, said cathode has a developed emission surface performed as a sphere section, a hollow anode and a gas-discharge chamber, as well as a beam guide and magnetic focusing lenses. The hollow anode is located in the discharge chamber with size of 1.5-2 anode transversal diameter, the anode is performed perforated with orifices size 4-, on the anode bottom a channel for water passing is made. |
