Membrane pump with high suction capacity

The pump has a pump head (1) in which a deformable membrane (5) defines a pumping chamber (2). A pump body (6) defines a hydraulic working chamber (7) with the membrane. A piston (8) is mounted to move in the body along to and fro movement for forming a controlled movable wall of the working chamber. The movable wall has an annular membrane (9) secured to a head of piston and the body so as to assure sealing of the working chamber. A membrane (10) is placed between the piston and the body to form a closed chamber (11) with the annular membrane for hydraulic coupling between the membranes.
