METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF SESQUITERPENE LACTONES FROM LEAVES OF SAUSSUREA DISCOLOR (WILLD.) DC

摘要

A method for production of sesquiterpene lactones from leaves of Saussurea discolor (Willd.) DC includes extraction of the total of sesquilactones (pitch), purification thereof by means of column adsorption chromatography, and preparative layer chromatography. Extraction of the total of lactones from the leaves of S. discolor is carried out with chlorophorm. Sesquilactones are eluated at column absorption chromatography with mixture of petroleum ether×ethylacetate. Preparative chromatography is carried out by ascending method in the system of solvents petroleum ether×ethylacetate. Vanillin is used as developing agent, and extraction of individual components from carrier is carried out with benzene.
