<p>PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to improve a viewing angle by move white color coordinates with a front side white color coordinate as the center. CONSTITUTION: A lower layer(TFT) is formed on a substrate(SUB). The lower layer comprises a protective layer(PAS) consisting of 4inorganic layers, and a first electrode(E1) formed on a protective layer. The 4inorganic layers are a buffer layer, a gate insulating layer, a first interlayer, and a second interlayer. The entire thickness of the first interlayer and the second interlayer is 100 to 2000nm. The thickness of the protective layer is 200 to 1500nm. An upper layer(OLED) is formed on the lower layer. The upper layer comprises a lighting-emitting area(EL) and a second electrode(E2) formed on the lighting-emitting area. A display device comprises the lower layer and the upper layer.</p> |
