PURPOSE: A triple eccentric butterfly valve is provided to improve airtightness of a valve disc by changing a section shape of the valve disc to a parallelogram conical shape. CONSTITUTION: A triple eccentric butterfly valve comprises a valve disc, a valve body, and a valve shaft. The valve disc becomes a first eccentric on the center line of the valve body, the valve shaft for the valve disc becomes a second eccentric on a vertical line from the center of the valve body, and the angle between both ends of the valve disc becomes third eccentric, thereby forming a section shape of the valve disc as a parallelogram shape with gentle tapered conical shape.
