PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the cluster color of a vehicle is provided to allow a driver to recognize the temperature of external air by changing the cluster color according to the temperature of the external air. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling the cluster color of a vehicle includes an external air temperature sensor(10), a light emitting part(40), a switching part(30), and a controlling part(20). The external air temperature sensor detects the temperature of external air. The light emitting part emits light of various colors. The switching part controls power supplied to the light emitting part. The controlling part controls the switching part according to the temperature of external air detected at the external air temperature sensor. The controlling part changes the cluster color based on the light emitting part.
