PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting off scattering of a draught beer extractor is provided to facilitate detection of flow of draught beer or carbon dioxide according to the change of the capacitance value. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cutting off scattering of a draught beer extractor comprises a capacitance sensor(120), a processor(130), and a solenoid valve(150). The capacitance sensor is installed on a pipe of a draught beer supply device to detect the capacitance value of fluid flowing in the pipe. The processor outputs opening and closing signal according to the capacitance value provided from the capacitance sensor. The solenoid valve is installed on the pipe and opens and closes the pipe according to the valve opening and closing signal of the processor.
