<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a palladium catalyst for a selective catalytic reduction reaction which is used for selectively reducing alkene or alkyne having a reducible functional group to obtain alkane quantitatively, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor and a selective catalytic reduction method. <P>SOLUTION: The palladium catalyst for the selective catalytic reduction reaction is characterized in that a molecular sieve is used as a carrier and metal palladium is deposited in pores of the molecular sieve in an exposed state and the pore diameter of pores of the molecular sieve is preferably 3-7 Å. The manufacturing method for the palladium catalyst comprises the steps of: dissolving palladium acetate in methanol; adding the molecular sieve to the palladium acetate-dissolved methanol to obtain a mixture; and agitating the obtained mixture in an argon atmosphere at normal temperature. Hydrogen is reacted with alkene or alkyne having the reducible functional group such as a nitro group at normal temperature under normal pressure in the presences of both of the palladium catalyst and a solvent, so that the alkene or alkyne is reduced selectively and catalytically and converted into alkane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
