UNIT FOR CUTTING SEED POTATO TUBERS

A unit for cutting tubers of seed potato comprises a feeder conveyor and a delivery one and a cutting assembly, the feed apron is made as sorting rollers, the cells of which are arranged in the same longitudinal plane under the delivery conveyor. The axis of a driving shaft of the delivery conveyor is shifted as regards to the axis of the last sorting roller forward. The drive of the driving shaft of the conveyor is made as a sprocket interacting with the outer side of the drive chain of the figured sorting rollers. The hollows of the sorting rollers are filled with a layer of capillary-porous rubber.
