PURPOSE: An impact absorption guardrail for roads is provided to absorb impact energy of a vehicle colliding with a guide rail. CONSTITUTION: An impact absorption guardrail for roads is composed like next. An upper guide rail(30) and lower guide rail(40) of a channel shape are installed in a welding bracket(24) to be paralleled. A plurality of T-shaped slider(70) is slide-joined to the upper and lower guide rails to be freely moved to a longitudinal direction. A concave steel plate joint is formed in the central part of the T-shaped slider. A ridge part of a corrugated steel plate is fixed to the steel plate joint of the T-shaped slider by a fastening member(60). Both end parts of the upper and lower guide rails are closed by each end plate(35,45).
