PURPOSE: A non-power safe door apparatus for an elevator is provided to open and close an elevator door using one motor and to lock and unlock of an elevator with non-power. CONSTITUTION: A non-power safe door apparatus for an elevator includes a non-power coupling unit(100A) and an elevator opening unit. The non-power coupling unit comprises a hook coupling plate(130), a hook bar(120), a hinge pin(121), and a first push roller(125). The hook coupling plate is installed in an elevator frame(103). The hinge pin is installed in the rear end of the hook bar. The first push roller receives power for releasing the hook in eccentric state around the hinge pin. The elevator opening unit comprises a moving plate, a vertical heating plate, a heating plate fixing plate. The moving plate is installed in an upper plate and a door fixing plate of the elevator. The vertical heating plate eccentrically drives a first push lever be eccentric to the non-power coupling unit.
