PURPOSE: A cutting tool assembly is provided to prevent damage to a cutting head member and a tool header in a fastening process since the cutting head member and the tool holder are coupled through a fastening member with low brittleness. CONSTITUTION: A cutting tool assembly(1) comprises a cutting head member(10), a fastening member(30), and a tool holder(20). The bonding unit of the fastening member is bonded to the cutting head member. The tool holder is connected through the fastening member to the cutting head member. The fastening member is formed from a material with strength and brittleness lower than that of the tool holder. A gap(G) is formed between the cutting head member and the fastening member. When the tool holder is fastened to the fastening member, the gap accepts the expansion of the fastening member.
