PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire for vehicles is provided to minimize the relative movement between each belt by firmly tying the relative movement of the belts when high speed driving. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire for vehicles includes a thread(1), a side wall(2), a bead unit(3), and a reinforcing member(6). A belt layer(4) is installed on the bottom of the thread. A carcass(5) is installed on the lower side of the belt layer. The reinforcing member includes a cord in a polygonal shape inserted into the bottom of the belt layer, and cohesive rubber. The shape of the cross section of the cord is in a diamond shape.
