PURPOSE: A safety monitoring system using CCTV and a method for a safety monitoring service can provide a safety monitoring service customized to each person by selecting section and time required for safety monitoring. CONSTITUTION: A safety monitoring system using CCTV comprises a personal terminal(100), a service company managing system, and a CCTV(300) for providing image. The personal terminal can be a device that a service company provides, a smart phone, or a general mobile. The management system is installed in a company which provides the safety monitoring service. The management system comprises a database(210) for storing section and time in which safety monitoring individually requested is necessary. The management system compares personal information and current position information of the personal terminal with personal information, safety monitoring section, and time saved in the database.
