PURPOSE: A user device and a method for providing additional information are provided to perform safe bicycle traveling in consideration of the driving property of a bicycle. CONSTITUTION: A camera part(110) generates video information corresponding to the rear image of a bicycle. A transmit unit transmits the video information to a user apparatus(120). A communications unit transmits first traveling data through a communications network. The communications unit receives second traveling data through the communications network. Second traveling data is generated from the user apparatus of a partner. Driving history renewal part uses first traveling data and updates a predetermined stored driving history information.
