The chlorinated ethylene-based polymer has a low residual crystallinity, for example, less than 8 percent, a relatively high crystallization temperature, Tc, for example greater than, or equal to, 25° C., and a medium weight average molecular weight, Mw, for example, less than, or equal to, 325,000 g/mole. |
