RESIN BLEND FOR MELTING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A resin mixture for melting process is provided to improve a mechanical property and a surface property of a molded product and to shorten processing hours and reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A resin mixture for melting process comprises a first resin and a second resin. The second resin includes a polymer resin in which an organic functional group is introduced. A melt viscosity difference between the second resin and the first resin is shear speed of 100-1000 s^(-1), and 0.1-3000 pa*s at processing temperature of the resin compound. A glass transition temperature(Tg) difference is 10-150deg.C. The organic functional group is more than one type which is selected from a group consisting of C2-20 alkyl groups, C5-40 alicyclic rings, and C6-40 aromatic ring.
