PURPOSE: A producing method of functional food containing a squid extract is provided to use amino acid extracted from squid for producing the functional food. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional food containing a squid extract comprises the following steps: peeling off skins from washed squid, and crushing; adding water, and boiling for 15~25minutes at 70~95deg C; inserting 0.01~2wt% of protease to the boiled squid; heating the obtained squid extract with the protease for 1~3hours to produce a first enzyme extract; adding 0.01~2wt% of protease to the first enzyme extract and heating again for 2~6hours at 45~65deg C to obtain a second enzyme extract; and filtering and drying the second enzyme extract.
